Return & Exchange Policy

Please read our Return and Exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility Window

  • Returns & Exchanges: We accept return or exchange requests within 48 hrs from the date of delivery.

  • Requests made after 48hrs of delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of the Saree

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the saree must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and pleating folds intact.

  • Blouse Piece: If the saree comes with an unstitched blouse piece, it must not be cut or altered. Sarees with cut blouse pieces are strictly non-returnable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered sarees.

  • Sarees purchased during a clearance, festive flash sale, or marked as "Final Sale".

  • International orders (unless a damaged/wrong product was received).

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at rishivedha.sanskriti@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return/exchange.

  2. Please attach clear photos of the saree if you are claiming a defect or wrong item delivered.

  3. Once our team approves your request, we will provide you with the return shipping details.

📦 Note on Shipping: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned saree, our quality control team will inspect it. We will notify you via email whether your return is approved or rejected.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

6. Handloom & Craft Variations

Please Note: Many of our sarees feature traditional handloom weaves, hand-blocks, or hand-embroidery. Minor irregularities in weave, color variations, or print boundaries are characteristic of authentic handmade textiles and are not considered manufacturing defects.
